While every engagement is different, deliverables are clearly outlined to the satisfaction of each client and are based on specific need. It can range from simple marketing message content to a full marketing plan, to recommendations for functional changes or a full business plan designed to move you to the next level of business growth.
Do you offer tactical services?
No. We are strategy professionals who recommend tactics that are consistent with the overall strategies we develop. We occasionally recommend tactical specialists for things like Web Marketing, SEO, or more traditional marketing tactics. But you choose the players you like to work with and trust and we help you make sure they are doing the right things.
How long before I see results?
You have likely experienced quick results from minor tactical changes and have learned that they are shallow and short-term. Strategic changes often affect the entire company and all products. The results of some improvements will be seen quickly, but deep, lasting change will bare fruit in the first three to six months and beyond.

How Do You Implement Changes?
If we were to implement changes, they would be temporary, and you would constantly need us. If we guide you to implement them, they will be yours and endure.
